These terms cover your use of this website, published by DriveBrandGrowth LLC ("we"). Noel Pena is the author of The Circuit Method™ as it is taught here. The site is for reading and for writing to us. It is not a catalog, and it does not state a price.
The site
The pages explain a way to run revenue decisions: written rules, stated odds, drafts, approvals, and a return to the outcome. Any work you do with Noel beyond reading is agreed in a separate writing. That writing, not this page, is where scope lives.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for an unlawful purpose.
- Try to break into the systems that serve it.
- Interfere with the site for other readers.
- Copy the pages in bulk in order to pass them off as your own.
Intellectual property
The text, the name The Circuit Method™, and the mark on this site are owned by DriveBrandGrowth LLC unless a separate writing says otherwise. Your own business information stays yours. Writing to us does not give us your pipeline.
Privacy
The privacy page describes what the site collects. It sits beside these terms.
Availability
We intend the site to be available. We do not promise that it always will be.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the site or from your inability to use it. Teaching is not a promise about your revenue.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
