Field notes

How a decision gets written, how a forecast gets scored, how an approval leaves a receipt, and how attribution stays honest. Teaching notes only. No borrowed results.

A sketch, not a result

One loop, from signal to ground

A teaching sketch of one routing decision. Not a client, and not a result. The odds are left blank on purpose.

Attribution

Credit is not cause

An attribution report answers which touch was nearby. A forecast review has to ask what changed the result. Those are different questions.

Approvals

The approval is the control

Discounts, outbound notes, and the number you will defend already need a yes. The failure is an informal yes that leaves no receipt.

Forecast call

A draft is not a decision

A fluent note, a tidy route, and a confident paragraph are not a forecast call. A decision is a rule you wrote, with odds you will say out loud.

// Circuit Method

Written decisions. Honest odds. Proof of cause.

The agent drafts. The rules decide.
